Tom Stoppard: Plays III

Evening dedicated to Tom Stoppard: Hry III (Tom Stoppard: Plays III), a collection of works by the British playwright and screenwriter, who was a contemporary and friend of Václav Havel.
The publication of the third volume completes a long-running Arts and Theatre Institute project to bring out the complete dramatic works of Stoppard. The eight plays, translated by Pavel Dominik, Zuzana Josková and Jitka Sloupová, who is also the editor of the volume, go from the author’s previously unpublished plays from the 1990s right up to his most recent work, Leopoldstadt.
The book will be officially launched, accompanied by a staged reading of a part of Rock'n'Roll, directed by Šimon Dominik.
The evening will be hosted by Kamila Černá and Michal Zahálka.
