The ceremonial announcement of the 2011 White Lily Award took place on Wednesday 9 November at the Galerie Fotografie at Prague’s Café Louvre. The historic first recipient of the prize, which in future years will be given to a person who has worked long-term to advance transparency in the public administration, was Oldřich Kužílek.
