It is ever more common to hear that Prague has the finances but isn’t building. Why? How does the entire process work? How to improve the accessibility of housing, and why isn’t building faster here, when it’s possible elsewhere in Europe? A debate focused on the ever more topical issue of housing in Prague.
Among the invited guests are Ondřej Boháč, director of IPR Prague, Petr Hlaváček, first deputy mayor for territorial development and Eliška Pomyjová from the group Rethink Architecture.
